We have managed over one-hundred arts and sports event projects. These have ranged from concerts, festivals, performances, workshops and expos, the largest being a one day charity cricket international between Pakistan's World Cup-winning team led by Javed Miandad and India's official team led by Muhammad Azharrudin played at Middlesex Cricket Club in front of a crowd of 12,000 spectators.
Creative Cultural Education
Creative cultural education has been a major part of our recent work in the arts. Advocacy, consultancy and programme development has produced creative and innovative new workshops, seminars, conferences and events. This has included interventions at the Mayor of London's Eid in the Square, Barbican's Ramadan Nights, the V&A as well as shaping the Creative Cultural Education Department's counter extremism strategy.
Emerging Artists
Promotion, branding, recording and touring of artists forms the major part of our arts remit. Acting as an artist hub and interfacing between artists, venues and arts institutions, we develop opportunities for up-and-coming musicians, visual artists, actors, writers, poets, storytellers, filmmakers and dancers.
International Artists
Internationally-recognised performers from the East including the late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Abida Parveen and Aziz Mian worked with us extensively and we intend to extend the promotion of high-quality performers from Asia and Africa.
On-Going Projects
On-going projects include a world music tour, Sacred Arts exhibition, international Green Ramadan Festival and a CISS-sponsored performing arts school.
